Students follow rules they help write. This two-page editable template turns "my AI policy" into "our agreement," built around a simple traffic light system your students will actually remember: Red (no AI), Yellow (AI allowed with disclosure), and Green (AI encouraged).
 
Page one is the agreement itself, designed to be finished by your class, not by you. Each zone has space for the rules your students write together, plus a built-in disclosure pledge and signature lines. Page two is your facilitation guide: a step-by-step 40-minute conversation plan with warm-up questions, zone-by-zone discussion prompts, sentence starters, and tips for naming your non-negotiables while leaving real choices to students.
